 SUSHI ON is currently accepting reservations by online.

We release DINNER BOOKINGS from 7pm at the end of each month.

We release WEEKEND LUNCH BOOKINGS from 12.30pm in the middle of each month.

Please note due to the intimacy of the restaurant.

 we do not permit children under the age of 10. 

 Please understand that we serve one single Omakase set menu.

We are unable to cater for vegetarians, vegans or anyone with severe allergies to shellfish

or soy due to the nature of our cuisine.

We can cater for guests with gluten intolerance and coeliac disease.

To take this booking we require a credit card pre-authorisation.

Nothing will be debited from your card when making the booking,

however, any cancellations, reduction of diners, no show or date change within 48 hours of your booking,  

a cancellation fee Dinner $220 /Lunch $149 per person will be charged to the card.

Please note a 10% surcharge is applicable Sundays &

a 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
